The holidays don’t have to be a stressful time of year. Instead of stressing yourself out over events that you dread, fill your time with things that bring you joy. Making sure you get to do the things that make you happy will give you more emotional energy to do some of the things you don’t enjoy.

As the leaves turn and the days grow shorter and cooler, we celebrate the abundance of the year. One way to do that is with food, I certainly love a slice of pumpkin pie, and I offer you another way to celebrate with your loved ones.
